Familial Zone Vs. Comfort Zone
Stepping into the unknown can cause so much upset, it is important to remember you are going to survive and you are going to THRIVE. Challenge yourself to find a zone outside the familial zone that brings you more comfort. Take a look at the people around you, are these groups encouraging you to thrive on this journey?
A new comfort zone can actually be a zone where you perform better. Take a look at how familiar we our with zombie stories now in comparison to twenty years ago. We had so much fear around zombies just two short decades ago. Now we watch shows about their lives. We adjust to things we are around and a new zone can become a better place for us to find comfort.
There are small steps in our daily five senses diet we can change to improve our lives. Review them to see if there are changes you can make to take you to a higher zone. Pay attention to what you are hearing, eating, seeing, speaking and taking in energetically.
Step outside your zone—can you shake up what you have going on? Can you find some new ways to live and think?
