THE LOTUS

On a daily basis the Lotus undergoes a process we as spiritual beings call “Attaining Enlightenment.” By its ability to rise up from muddy, dirty, murky waters to bloom in the sunlight and show its magnificence. No matter the depths of our journey, no matter how dirty our past is, we all have the capability to choose to rise up through our circumstances to meet the world to showcase our greatest most beautiful self.

The Lotus can regulate its temperature like warm blooded animals. The Buddhist culture reveres this as a symbol of rebirth, purity, self-regeneration and spiritual enlightenment. We too are constantly in states of regulating our inner being while becoming a new version of self. We seek to evolve as our most loving, pure and authentic self.

There are many different colors and hues in which the Lotus shows up in the world. All represent a different symbolic meaning to the Buddhist culture. Similar to how we shine, our moods/emotions to the world, we carry a different variation of ourselves as we grow and evolve throughout our journey.

This flower has one the most fascinating desires to live as a Lotus seed. It can withstand thousands of years without water and is able to germinate over 2 centuries later. Matching the will power of our heart, mind, body and spirit with the will to live on this earth. As spiritual beings we fought to come back and incarnate in a body to work on enlightenment in our own way. Similar to a Lotus, we all carry the fortitude and resilience to seek out our individual purpose.

We must be in accord that no matter the world around us, no matter how loud, no matter how chaotic, no matter how dense, our will power and fortitude to find light through it all will allow us to reach our greatest state.

Blog, Exactly Where You Are Supposed to BE

WHERE YOU ARE

“YOU ARE EXACTLY WHERE YOU
ARE SUPPOSED TO BE”

 

This subject of accepting the present moment can be quite contradicting and hard to understand in the current world. We live in a fast-paced, technologically driven society that constantly encourages us to push for more.  Do more, be more, and GET more! There is no rest for the wicked. Being able to hold still in your body and be present is NOT taught to us, nor acknowledged or encouraged in any way.  

 

If we live in a state of constant distraction and yearning for more, we tend to miss what is going on around us.  We miss the achievements we have made, the goals we have accomplished and all the beautiful learning steps along the way. The matrix world does this on purpose–to keep us producing. To keep the machine going and churning out product in order to help the powerful stay powerful.

BUT WHAT IF…

What if… You, We, Me stopped for a moment just to acknowledge BEING? The idea that this life might be all there is with the theory that heaven and hell is right here at all times, within us, next to us… We put ourselves through hell, in essence, by constantly striving for more without paying attention to our accomplishments along the way. We consistently yearn for more time to truly do the things we enjoy all the while suffering through the rat race. The heavenly moments are caught in the most simplistic of things that we so easily look beyond or lose the enjoyment to savor, like a smile from a loved one, the laughter of a child and the warm embrace of a dear friend.

 

The idea of BEING alive is completely foreign to most people caught in the matrix. Let alone the belief that  “You Are Exactly Where You Are Supposed To Be.” The lessons you need to learn, the people in your life that teach you, the loved ones who keep you smiling–they are all part of where you should be. Your energy and frequency is designing this life to give you exactly what you need to have. There is nothing more to get, do or yearn for. 

 

 It is an innate part of us to create more. Just realize that where you stand today on this earth, you are supposed to be there. That another time in your life you were yearning to be right where you are… Relish in it and know that the trials and tribulations you have incurred are exactly what you needed to be right here right where you are!

 

Enjoy your life in the present moment.  Take time to embody the feeling of all your successes and failures you have seen and experienced along the way. Give yourself a compliment for literally ANY thing you can think of that matters to you.  Breathe in the fresh air with gratitude knowing this is the air you need right now. It is enough.

Since birth and before we could make our own intentional decisions we are  programmed and raised to be “human beings.” We are born into this world and go through ‘Somebody’ training from the very beginning–from the words of Ram Dass. This training is supposed to guide us into the external world of how to think, how to fit in and how to grow up in society. We are taught what to do in social situations, how to be courteous and all around the best practices to employ to connect with other human beings.  

 

In a SOUL way of thinking, remember we are spiritual beings having a human experience. We are interconnected from long before we arrived in these avatars and we will stay interconnected long after the current avatar we inhabit. We are pure, positive, light energy with all the abilities we need already within us. Somewhere along the way in our ‘Somebody’ training, we lose sight of these powerful inner abilities. They get boxed up, stored away, stuffed way down, at times cast out; sometimes we even become shunned for being different from another human and not “fitting the ideal” expectation from our ‘Somebody’ training.

 

Here at Spiritual Fitness, we invite you to remember your SOUL as priority–first and foremost. There was a strong desire for your energy to manifest into this avatar to go through this human experience. The egoic part of our journey should take the backseat to the wondrous light and love you already embody. Care for your soul and remember the greater part of you still is pure positive energy all around you.  

 

We promote, encourage, and inspire the deeper thinking that the bigger part of our souls are still outside of our body. Operating as a collective to keep pushing forward and functioning through an intelligence that our human mind has a hard time encompassing. The depth of the 4D, 5D and beyond are too profound for our 3D mind to conceptualize. Hold the truth inside of your heart, our Soul-Manity together can accomplish things unseen, unimaginable and of a powerful unknown nature as the collective drivers of the Soul Race!

We tend to fall victim to our outside circumstances too often and faster than we ever take witness to. The world is fast paced, rapid velocity, mainstream of information with a highway of media, overloaded with social domestication, and radical programming which we sometimes completely forget is taking place every day. With the density of external influences, we have a high tendency to become completely severed from our truth, from our authenticity, from our powers, from our intuition, from our own self created realities… 

 

The distraction is real… But, it is not our TRUTH! We get led astray down a journey that allows and encourages us to forget who we are as beings. This path is one we don’t talk about, we don’t get educated on, we don’t become aware of; unless we awaken to it’s truth on our own. We are led to believe we do not have super powers andwe are tricked into losing our vision of uniqueness. We are educated to think, act and behave just like everyone else, further severing our connection to self. Yet in an instance of realisation– a powerful presence of remembrance takes place…

 

THE REMEMBRANCE OF UNIQUENESS, SELF and AUTHENTICITY 

 

In this super power of awakening, we become more aware than ever of our gifts, our capabilities, talents,and our speciality. Even if we aren’t quite 100% certain of its exact specificity we recognise it’s there and we know we are meant for greatness of some caliber.

INNER-Standing

/verb/ An inward process of deep comprehension for an outward loving connection.

 

The more commonly used word is “Understanding.” When this word is broken down into its two parts, we see two words that don’t connect with the importance of its definition. The word “Under” in direct reference to be ‘Beneath’ or to be at a point that is ‘Lower Than.’ Attached to this word of being below someone is the word “Standing,” which brings the connection of being in a ‘Higher Position’ or at a status of being above. Quite the oxymoron of a word wouldn’t you say?

 

In our society, we use this word in situations when we are connecting with someone, or some place, or some experience that is happening outside of ourselves. We are, in more cases than not, trying to establish a correlation from within our own being to find relation to or a compassionate connection with whatever outer situation may be. 

 

For instance: 

Speaking with someone who is in a place of pain or suffering sharing their experience with another. The listening person is taking in the sharing of the first person to try and connect with them to demonstrate relation, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, etc..

In most all cases society uses the word “UNDERSTANDING” within this scenario

 

When you are in a position of listening to another person and finding relation or connection to what they are saying, are you as the listener, BELOW, BENEATH, or UNDER them? Or are you beside them receiving their truth through a soft heart?

 

In this case, you are listening with intention, you are finding connection to their words or experience, you are finding relation to be able to demonstrate compassion or empathy. In this case you’re taking their word WITHIN YOU, you are finding this bond from an INNER vantage point. They are not ‘Standing’ above you in their speaking position nor are you ‘Under’ them in your listening stance…

 

This is an INNER-Standing that is taking place. It is within you or me, in which we choose, to take in outside information to develop a deeper connection or relationship to what is taking place. From our INNER perspective, we can find a loving space to comprehend how to show up in that moment in order to act in a more loving outer way.

The Soul-Manity of this earth are loving, kind, compassionate, forgiving creatures. The more we are INNER-Standing our outer world, the better we can show up for our community. The deeper our connection can become to the world we seek to empower with our courageous love.
